The well-established team at Mervyn Smith is led by Stan Shaw who can draw on (too!) many years experience in estate agency in Ham, Richmond & Twickenham. Stan is a longstanding member of the National Association of Estate Agents and is an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor. When he can tear himself away from the office, he enjoys swimming, music and going sailing. |

Assistant manager Julie Hanna has worked at Mervyn Smith since the early 1990s and has been a resident of Ham and Petersham over that period. Julie takes particular responsibility for sales progressing. Away from the office, Julie likes spending time with family and is a passionate season ticket holder at Harlequins. |

Barbara Goodger is the office manager. Barbara lived in Australia for over 20 years but has been a Ham resident for the last 6 years. Barbara also enjoys spending time with family and is a fanatical Elvis fan. |

Jean Breck works part time with us but mainly runs her own practice providing holistic massage. She and her family have lived in Ham for over 20 years and her children have been educated at our local schools. Jean enjoys cycling and walking. |

Our lettings portfolio is run in conjunction with our associated company Sargent and Young. Manager Charlotte Godley is ARLA registered and look after a wide range of properties all over Richmond and Kingston Borough. Charlotte likes all types of sport and is an accomplished netball player and season ticket holder at Queens Park Rangers. |

Our associated financial adviser is John Edwards who has lived with his family in the area for a number of years, firstly on the Tudor estate in North Kingston and currently in Petersham. John enjoys going skiing with his family and is a regular dinghy sailor. In keeping with the philosophy of Mervyn Smith & Co, John is an independent financial advisor and is not tied to any bank, building society or insurance company. |
