You will have seen in the press that the housing market continues to strengthen in 2022. Prices rose again in January and February at their fastest rate for years. But because of the lack of other supply we are having to manage viewings and competing offers in a careful and structured way to be fair to all parties. On successive Saturdays we’ve had launch days with multiple viewings and most times offers going over the asking price.
