Despite all the new suddenly announced restrictions, the Housing Minister has confirmed to us that the ‘housing market remains open.’ We are still able to carry out physical viewings and visit properties to carry out valuations. People can still move house but with the new advice they should not be helped by people from other households. And although its Christmas week we actually do have a house sale completing today. But we aren’t allowed to have our office door open so sorry if you drop by and we can’t give you our normal friendly welcome !
